Research Manager

Primary Function - to secure valuable marketing information for our clients, strengthen and promote our Research Services and spearhead Research Planning and Strategy.

Experience and Requirements include:
  • Bachelors or advanced degree in Research, Business or Sciences
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in survey design, execution and analysis.
  • Good working knowledge of statistical tools to analyze and interpret data, (SPSS/SAS), MS Word, Excel, and powerpoint software.
  • Ability to design and execute multiple research projects simultaneously.
  • Must be a strategic thinker with strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently on projects in a fast paced environment
  • Exceptional written and oral communication abilities
  • Highly motivated, flexible and adaptable nature.

Executive Assistant

Primary Function - Assist the Managing Director in a broad range of activities including internal and external relationship management, human resources and business development.

Experience and Requirements include:
  • Academic qualification to degree level
  • Demonstrable experience in an administration/executive assistant/PA role in a highly pressurised environment requiring tact, judgment and discretion in handling internal and external contacts
  • Expert level in the use of Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent organisational skills, ability to multi-task and organise others.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to professionally represent the MD’s office.
  • Ability to work under pressure and be flexible.
  • Attention to detail and deadlines and ability to filter information and assess priorities.
