Before launching its new product, the Piton Radler, Windward & Leeward Brewery Limited sought to obtain feedback from the market place regarding packaging of the product. A series of focus group sessions were held with beer drinkers and non-beer drinkers in different geographical regions across the island. In addition to information about their consumption of similar products, participants were asked to give their opinions on a number of packaging concepts that was presented. The feedback was analysed and presented to WLBL in a consolidated report. This was used to help inform the final design for the packaging concept for the product.
