The Problem

The success of ECFH and expansion of its portfolio and subsidiaries required a greater level of brand stewardship to maintain its singular corporate identity as a parent company while allowing all of its subsidiaries their spotlight.

The Strategy

A Branding Strategy of the parent company and its five subsidiaries that created strong differentiation between each entity while maintaining an overall “Family” resemblance. An integrated agency-client relationship with Accela serving as a strategic partner in helping to launch ECFH’s subsidiaries, brand its products, formulate a corporate brand image, develop marketing strategies and advise on corporate communications and PR.

The Solution

A Corporate Campaign for ECFH as a parent company which positioned it as a powerful, visionary, agile Caribbean financial powerhouse. A Brand Manual was developed which included new logos, taglines and branding guidelines for the group of companies. A series of high-profile corporate launches of the new products and advancements of its various subsidiaries, from Bank of Saint Lucia’s Online Banking to BOSIL’s new marketing thrust to appeal to high-net worth clients.
