The Problem

In 2020, Republic Bank Limited opened their doors in Anguilla, St Maarten, St Kitts and Nevis, Dominica, St Vincent and Grenadines, and St Lucia. Handling the acquisitions, transition and public relations in six (6) territories each with a different culture and market reality was made all the more challenging with COVID19.

The Strategy

Accela was able to expertly manage the public relations in all territories. The services provided to The Bank included everything from in-branch rebranding, event planning of press conferences and launch events for internal and external publics and Crisis Communications. Accela would go on to help Republic Bank EC Limited craft its Vaccination Promotion campaign to be sensitive to the varying degrees of awareness and cultural attitudes in each territory, using market research in each territory.

The Solution

Accela also handled the CPL Cricket 2020 and 2021 Public Relations and Fan Engagement with innovative solutions for social distancing that would not diminish enjoyment. All of it was done remotely.
