To better understand employees’ level of engagement and satisfaction with the company that they work for, Accela designs and implements internal organizational surveys. One such survey is an annual Employee Engagement and Satisfaction Survey. The survey is administered electronically to staff via their company e-mails. Arrangements are made to also facilitate staff who do not have individual access to a device as well as those who require assistance to complete the survey. A report on the findings is generated including calculation of measures such as Employee net promoter score (eNPS) and Employee satisfaction rating along with recommendations that are focused and specific to employees’ needs.
The reports on findings provide recommendations to inform action plans for addressing issues/ areas of concern to employees. The surveys therefore form part of ongoing strategies to optimise employee satisfaction and boost morale.
