Brand Value of Telecommunications

In order to determine the brand value of one of the leading telecommunications brands with respect to specific services, Copenhagen Economics was contracted to conduct a brand value survey on the island of Saint Lucia.  Accela Marketing partnered with Copenhagen Economics to execute the data collection aspects of the project.  Accela was responsible for sample design and fieldwork.  The study included a national household survey among residential telecommunications customers, and a business survey.
