Keeping Up With Caribbean Consumers

Accela Marketing is contracted by Courts (OECS) to conduct mystery shopper surveys at each of its locations in six countries throughout the Eastern Caribbean on a quarterly basis.  Accela’s field coordinators in each of the respective countries recruit and train mystery shoppers on the requirements of the survey and are responsible for overseeing the evaluations.  The results are then submitted to the in-house team for internal validation and analysis.  The survey is used as a tool to monitor adherence to the company’s guidelines for service delivery and to inform staff development initiatives.
